Meet the team

Livia Nemeth
Livi is a nature enthusiast. She works for Fin Fighters, an organisation that is dedicated to help saving sharks and the ocean. She adores hedgehogs and believes that our local community has the potential to achieve such an ambitious plan like Hedgehog Gardens’.

Mandy Haywood
Mandy worked in international conservation for IUCN for many years. She trained as a wildlife filmmaker in NZ, then returned to Cambridge where she founded, and now runs, Orchard Park Wildlife Project.

Nicole Barton
Nicole adores hedgehogs and feel gutted to see them squashed on the roads in our villages. She thinks there are simple things we can do to make H&I a more wildlife friendly place and cutting a small hole in our fences so that hedgehogs can forage and move around safely seems really manageable to her.

Katharine Holliday
Katharine is a big fan of the great outdoors and wildlife in general, but has a particular soft spot for hedgehogs. She doesn’t like the fact that hedgehogs are becoming endangered because of the way we manage our open spaces these days, and she wants to help give hogs a better chance of becoming a familiar sight to everyone again.

Ruth Moulder
Ruth is a passionate environmentalist and started the village Sustainability Group when she was a Parish Councilor. Sometimes relatively small adaptions for wildlife, like hedgehog bridges/holes, can have a huge impact on a species survival.

Robert Korodi
Robert is a musician and graphic designer. He is a hedgehog enthusiast and volunteers with Shepreth Hedgehog Hospital as a hog sitter.
